Does promo code GETITNOW really never expire?

Yes, promo code GETITNOW does not expire, and you can enter it on every buyout order. If a store is on the difficult-store list, the code will not apply: the 15% rate is used there.

What happens if the item is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, the money for it goes back to your balance, or we wait until it is available again. You choose which in the order comment in advance.

Who is responsible if the buyer makes a mistake?

If a buyer makes a mistake during the purchase, we take responsibility. Our buyers are on staff and are trained, so we answer for their errors.

Which stores do you not buy from?

We do not buy from stores on the stop list, and we do not take items from the prohibited list. You can check a store before you order.

How fast does a buyer place the order?

A buyer usually purchases the order within a few hours after payment, and the work runs around the clock. Orders handled by US operators go to purchase after 17:00 Moscow time.

Is the buyout fee charged per order or per store?

The buyout fee is charged for each store separately. If an order has three stores, the fee is calculated three times.

I paid for the buyout order. What happens next?

After you pay for a buyout order, the items reach our warehouse in 4–7 business days, depending on the store. The status is in your account: “Purchased” means the item was bought, “At warehouse” means it has been delivered to us.

Do you check the item when it arrives at the warehouse?

When a package arrives at the warehouse, we do not inspect the item: it is registered from the store’s data, and we do not check color, size, or what is included. To make sure the right item arrived, you can order a photo or a video before we ship it.

Can I combine a buyout with my own purchases in one package?

Yes, a buyout and your own purchases can go in one package: we ship items from our buyers together with packages from your US address.

Can a buyer order an item with a custom design?

You can order a custom-design item through a buyer. Send a link to the version you already built, choose the options in the form, and attach a screenshot of the final order page.

What if the purchased order never arrives at the warehouse?

If a purchased order has not reached the warehouse for more than 10 days, you can open a support ticket. We will contact the store and find out where the package is.

We will buy it for you. Free

If you do not have a card that works for US checkout, or the store will not ship to a forwarder, our buyers purchase the item for you. With promo code GETITNOW the service is free: you pay only for the item and shipping.

When you need our buyer

Eight cases where it is easier to hand the purchase to us.

No card that works for US checkout. The buyer pays with theirs, and you top up your balance in a way that suits you
The store will not ship to a forwarder. Buyers have extra US addresses, so the order still goes through
Someone needs to talk to the store. Buyers write and call in English and handle the awkward questions themselves
A sale is on. We buy around the clock, and during a sale every minute counts
An eBay auction. We bid for you and buy the lot if you win
You have a store coupon. Send the code with the link, and the buyer applies it to the order
The buyer made the mistake, not you. Our buyers are on staff, so we answer for their errors
The declaration is already filled in. After the buyout, the AI assistant knows what is in the package and fills the declaration with almost no work from you. You can also ask a staff member to fill it in, and that is a paid option
